General standard terms and conditions

1. Booking agreement
1.1 The booking is made and sent in the entry fields on the Singharaja Garden AGRO ECO Lodge (Pvt) Ltd website. By making a booking the customer acknowledges the standard terms and conditions.
1.2 The booking agreement is formed when the booking is accepted by Singharaja Garden AGRO ECO Lodge (Pvt) Ltd in the form of a booking confirmation. If the online confirmation should deviate from the content of the booking, this booking shall become binding if Singharaja Garden AGRO ECO Lodge (Pvt) Ltd or the customer does not notify the other of the difference within 8 days.
1.3 The customer agrees that his or her personal data may be stored.

2. Payment
The booking shall become binding for the customer and for Singharaja Garden AGRO ECO Lodge (Pvt) Ltd with the online booking confirmation from Singharaja Garden ECO-Lodge The customer shall make a down payment of 20 % of the full price within 14 days of receiving the invoice accompanying the booking confirmation. The rest of the payment shall be made at the latest 30 days before the customer is due to arrive.

3. Services
The scope of the booking services shall be determined from the information contained in the service descriptions and information referring to this in the booking confirmation. Ancillary agreements that change the scope of the contractual services must be in writing. However, Singharaja Garden AGRO ECO Lodge (Pvt) Ltd retains the right to change information in the brochure and the website due to significant, unforeseen material reasons before the agreement is concluded. Naturally, customers will be informed of this before they make a booking.

4. Insurance
Singharaja Garden AGRO ECO Lodge (Pvt) Ltd advises customers to take out travel insurance covering them for cancellation costs, medical costs, accidents and third-party liability, as this is not included in the booking price.

5. Changes to services, prices
The published prices are correct at the time of publication. If prices increase by more than 5 % or there are changes in important booked services, the customer may withdraw from the agreement.

6. Cancellation by the customer
6.1 The customer may withdraw from the booking agreement at any time before commencing his or her trip. Important is the date when the cancellation is received by Singharaja Garden AGRO ECO Lodge (Pvt) Ltd. The booking may be cancelled by e-mail.
6.2 If customers cancel their booking less than 14 days before the due date of arrival or if they do not travel at all without withdrawing from the booking agreement, Singharaja Garden ECO-Lodge may claim appropriate compensation.
Up to 30 days before the due date of arrival: € 0.00
29 – 16 days before the due date of arrival 40 % of the price
15 – 8 days before the due date of arrival 60 % of the price
7 days before the due date of arrival: 80 % of the price.
6.3 Until the due date of arrival customers may transfer their booking to a third party. The customer shall be responsible for any costs that this incurs. Singharaja Garden AGRO ECO Lodge (Pvt) Ltd may oppose the booking being transferred to the third party if this breaches statutory regulations or official orders. The customer shall be responsible for any other processing charges, such as additional airline charges.

7. Services not used
If customers do not use booked services (e.g. tours or food) for whatever reason, Singharaja Garden AGRO ECO Lodge (Pvt) Ltd shall not be obliged to repay the amount charged for these services.

8. Cancellation and withdrawal by Singharaja Garden AGRO ECO Lodge (Pvt) Ltd
Singharaja Garden AGRO ECO Lodge (Pvt) Ltd may withdraw from the booking agreement in the following cases:
8.1 Without notice if a customer continues to disrupt tours or if a customer behaves adversely after being asked to refrain from this; if the customer does not pay the agreed price by the due date, the booking may be cancelled immediately.
